Leadership & Transparency
Plans labeled as plans. Results only with evidence.
Trust has to be earned before there is a track record. This page shows where things stand, including what is not finished.
Governance
Guided by a board.
Community Building Blocks is guided by a board committed to responsible planning, community participation and clear reporting.
We will publish board names and roles here once appointments are confirmed.

Roadmap
How decisions get made.
Proposed stages, subject to board adoption.
Stage 1
Foundation
Where we are now
Confirm legal records, governance and financial controls, and agree the pilot model and location.
Stage 2
Capacity
Proposed
Bring on a small part-time team, only after enough operating funds are actually in hand.
Stage 3
Program design
Proposed
Sign delivery and service responsibilities with qualified partners. Define eligibility, referrals, consent and affordability with resident input.
Stage 4
Property decision
Proposed
Review a real property against title, condition, cost, financing and operating requirements. The board then decides to proceed, redesign or defer.
Stage 5
Construction and move-in
Conditional
Only if every earlier stage is met. Permits, licensed work, inspections and property management all come first.
How we will report
Our commitments.
- We separate plans, progress and completed results.
- We publish a number only when we can show where it came from.
- We report setbacks as well as milestones.
- We name a partner or funder only with permission.
- We never use a person’s story without consent.
