Listen
Learn from residents and partners what households need and what is missing nearby.
Evaluate
Screen properties for title, zoning, condition, hazards, cost and long-term operation.
Partner
Agree in writing who owns, builds, manages and provides services.
Finance
Secure committed funding for the whole project, including reserves, before any purchase.
Restore
Complete permitted, licensed and inspected rehabilitation.
Stabilize
Move in only when the home is legally ready and support is in place.

Not yet. We have no homes available and no application process. Find help today.
Is rent-to-own available?
No. Rent-to-own is not part of our initial plan and no such offer exists. It may be studied in the future.
Do you already own property?
No CBB property has been acquired or completed.

Yes. We cannot promise to buy or accept any property, but we would like to hear from you. Start a conversation.
